I’m a professional chef with decades of international culinary experience, and I’ve dedicated the last decade to helping people thrive on a whole food, plant-based diet. I’ve worked with individuals, groups, and organizations to make plant-based living easy and enjoyable.

Are your recipes really plant-based and oil-free?

Absolutely! Every recipe I create is 100% whole food, plant-based, and oil-free — no exceptions. I believe healthy food should be both nourishing and delicious.

I can help you navigate allergies or sensitivities within a whole food, plant-based lifestyle. Many of my recipes are already nut-free and soy-free, and I’m happy to offer guidance to fit your needs.
